А set of methods for preventing the incompetence of the anastomoses of the hollow organs of the gastrointestinal tract, based on the use of the preparation 5-oxymethyluracil, has been developed, which makes it possible to control the processes of reparative regeneration in the anastomosing tissues and reliably prevents the development of the inconsistency of the anastomosis sutures.
