Preventive maintenance of offenses of minors abroad

In the given publication the author, proceeding from the thesis about necessity of systems of the approach to preventive maintenance of youth criminality in Russia, has carried out the short analysis of work in this direction in other states. In its opinion, it is the most effective this work it is spent to Germany, the USA, France and Japan. Having studied foreign experience of preventive work with notfull age, it has analysed activity of law enforcement bodies in this direction, including experience of the named countries most reception-lemym for our country.
