Crime prevention in the Russian Federation and foreign countries: concept, essence, implementation mechanism

Introduction: the article presents a comprehensive criminological study of the national, foreign crime prevention with a focus on the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, the reflection of identical and opposite positions of the legislator and law enforcer in relation to crime prevention in certain areas. The peculiarities of the current state of this system are presented, foreign aspects identical and different from the Russian system of crime prevention are reflected.
