Prevention early detection and differential diagnosis of lymphadenopathies in HIV-infected people

The article presents the classification (localized and generalized forms) and the causes of lymphadenopathies (non-specific and specific infections, systemic and allergic diseases, malignant tumors). The algorithm of differential diagnosis of lymphadenopathies in children, including the data of anamnesis, clinical examination and laboratory and instrumental studies, is described. Special attention is paid to the issues of differential diagnosis of infectious and neoplastic lesions of the lymph nodes and the tactics of the doctor when assuming a malignant tumor in a child.
