Burnout syndrome is a common problem for student teachers. This syndrome is manifested in emotional exhaustion, which leads to the personal discomfort of future teachers, and to a sharp decline in productivity. The main source of these phenomena is overwork, which arises if for a long time demands prevail over the student’s internal and external mental resources.
