Prevention of social risks at cadets of military higher education institution

In article the questions connected with prevention of social risks at cadets are considered. It should be taken into account also that representatives of armed forces, today, it is one of the most reputable social institutes which have the high social status and their financial position is also very steady. However, despite all positive sides of the status of "cadet", the pupil of military educational institution has some vulnerable parties which are expressed in a set of social risks.
