Nowadays, sports activities require athletes to exert maximum effort both in competitions and during training. These factors, along with other circumstances, can lead to sports injuries, the causes of which can be both general for all sports and specific to individual disciplines. Any injury deprives a person not only of the opportunity to play sports, but also to continue working and in the case of professional sports-also the main source of income. The most common injuries in sports are bruises, dislocations, fractures, wounds, strains and ruptures. Information and preventive work and injury prevention are among the key tasks of modern society. Prevention of injuries, diseases and accidents during physical education and sports is a priority for scientists, teachers, medical workers and university administration. However, this work is not always carried out systematically and consistently, which leads to many violations of an organizational, methodological and sanitary-hygienic nature that contribute to injuries and deterioration of health.
