A scientific study highlights the relationship between regular physical activity and the level of psycho-emotional stress among students of higher educational institutions. Stressful conditions affect representatives of all social strata of society, regardless of professional activity or financial well-being. The physiological mechanisms of the body automatically activate protective functions when stressful situations arise, preparing the muscular system for increased loads. Specialists in the field of psychophysiology recommend performing a set of physical exercises as an effective method of reducing nervous tension and restoring emotional balance.
