Prevention of victimhood of legal entities during crisis events in Russia

The article considers victimological aspects of offences in the sphere of entrepreneurship, while the entrepreneur (legal entity) is investigated as a victim of illegal acts. Analysis of victimological characteristics of this category of crimes is presented. The process of corporate victimization - turning a legal entity into a victim of a crime - manifests itself in certain characteristics described in this article. The study of the peculiarities of the process of victimization of a legal entity will help to clarify the situation in terms of clarifying the causes and conditions of the illegal acts committed in the sphere of economy and private business. The article also presents a forecast of possible criminal actions during the crisis and proposals for the formation of programmes to prevent the victimization of legal entities, and proposes concrete measures, the introduction of which will contribute to reducing the victimhood of this category of victims of economic crimes.
