The estimation of ischemic heart disease predictor role has been performed in patients with brachiocefalic arteries atherosclerosis, who were operated on the ground of the last, in the research based on 307 clinical cases. It has been established that using surgical methods of treatment in patients with haemodinamically important brachiocefalic arteries stenosises increases outlying surviving in this disease and decreases frequency of ischemic strokes. The basic reasons of lethal outcomes in the outlying period are ischemic stroke (39,3%) and myocardial infarction (31.3%) in non-operated patents but myocardial infarction (52,2%) in operated patents. The important predictor meaning of progressive coronal arteries atherosclerosis with fatal complications has been defined in patient after operations on brachiocefalic arteries. For improving of outlying treatment outcomes in patient, operated on brachiocefalic arteries, the necessity of integrated inspection, dynamic supervision for coronal blood flow and well-timed myocardial revascularization using (if it is necessary) have been based in persons, who apply for medical help with clinical features only one localization of arteries atherosclerosis.
