The evaluation of the prognostic significance of transcutaneous oximetry in the diagnosis and follow-up in 105 patients after vascular reconstruction on the lower limb ischemia IV degree. To assess the performance of percutaneous tissue oxygen tension (TcRO2) used transcutaneous oximetry Radiometer (Copenhagen). It was found that the measurement TsRO2 to evaluate the severity of distal limb ischemia, the recovery efficiency of blood flow and the extent of growth TsRO2 values may be one of the criteria for restoration of tissue perfusion after revascularization to determine the timing of necrectomy.
