Forecasting the dynamics of general incidence of pregnant women, living in adverse climatic conditions, as the basis of planning the volumes of medical care

For the purpose of improvement the technology of planning the volumes of obstetric and gynecologic care on medium-term prospect the research of dynamics of general incidence of pregnant women, living in adverse climatic conditions of Far North, is executed. Modeling was carried out with use of mathematical functions. It is shown that in medium-term prospect among the pregnant women, living in Surgut city, growth of preeclampsia incidence, venous complications, diabetes and diseases of urinogenital system is predicted. Decrease in level of the registered incidence is predicted concerning incidence of diseases of thyroid gland, stable incidence of anemia. The executed forecast is offered to be used when planning volumes of the obstetric and gynecologic care in quality of target indicators of prevalence of general incidence of pregnant women, and also as one of the criteria of efficiency of actions for decrease in level of prevalence of general incidence of pregnant women, living in adverse climatic conditions.
