Prediction of water local traffic runoff from snowmelt

In this work presents a forecast of water movement of local runoff from melting snow. Forecast obtained using a universal mathematical model of propagation of surface waters during the spring flood. As an example, selected from the town. Shuberskoye Voronezh region. Model has sufficient versatility to allow to take into account the dynamics of the melting snow, hydrological properties of terrain, weather conditions.
