Forecasting and optimization of a new telecom operator product

The article considers the virtual mobile operator TeleCom and describes its architecture. The prediction and implementation of a chatbot in the operator’s architecture is calculated. The main points on the integration and scalability of the chatbot are highlighted. Data graphs and a chatbot activity diagram are constructed. The article shows the importance of the expert system forecasting and implementation, which can successfully function without the participation of a human expert.
