Forecasting criminological risks generated by drug crime trends in the region of responsibility of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization

The author considers the private criminological theory of forecasting criminological risks in the article. Criminological risks of drug crime are indicated on the basis of the highlighted trends in the region of responsibility of the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (hereinafter - the Organization. the CSTO) for the possibility of a full study of drug crime, foreseeing the processes and phenomena developing in the region of the Organization. In general, today it is permissible only to talk about the prospects of minimizing challenges and threats in the field of countering drug trafficking, which hinders the collective security of the CSTO member states. The research used the opinions of Russian scientists on criminological risks. The methodological basis was formed by formal logical, historical, sociological and comparative legal methods.
