A slow decrease in the intensity of infection with bovine leukemia and a pronounced incidence of disease in the regions may be caused by immunodeficiency occurring in animals against the background of the action of anthropogenic xenobiotics. If environmental, climatic and geographical features have a significant impact on organisms, it is necessary to conduct regional studies to determine the level of environmental risk of morbidity and adaptability of animals. Then, based on the data obtained, develop a scientifically based scheme of veterinary and preventive measures. For the first time in the Omsk region, using the micronucleus test, a theoretical and practical justification of the territorial prediction of the development of bovine leukemia and the characteristics of its manifestation was given. The Omsk region was ranked by the prevalence of bovine leukemia, a map of the incidence and virus carriers was compiled. Zoning was based on the results of micronuclear tests. The features of the course of leukemia, as well as the structure of lymphoproliferative diseases of cattle in farms with different ecological situations were determined. At the same time, an immunosuppressive state was observed in animals under environmentally unfavorable conditions. Methodological recommendations on ecological and epizootological prediction of bovine leukemia with the use of a micronucleus test have been developed.
