The article is devoted to the role of forecasting sales and profit for the purpose of effective detailing of the company. The contents of the operation of forecasting profits and sales, as well as the methods that allow it to be implemented, are disclosed. In addition, the authors point to the need for short-term forecasts, as this procedure avoids major risks, which, in turn, contributes to the successful development of the company in the long term.
