Annotation The production of cereals and legumes is a risky production, due to the volatility of crop yields and significant fluctuations in profitability. The reduction of gross collections in the country is shaping the growing dynamics of prices for products; therefore, when constructing the profitability model of grain and legume production, reliable crop yields and the dependence of the price on yield should be taken into account.
