Forecasting the success of innovative entrepreneurial projects

The study revealed the specific features of the category "success" in comparison with the conceptsof "efficiency", "effectiveness", "quality" and "success" in the context of the result of the implementation of an innovative project. An algorithm for predicting the success of innovative projects of higher education organizations is proposed, which allows making recommendations for making investment decisions. The results of the work may be of interest not only to investors, but also to the project team and researchers involved in the development of entrepreneurship.
