Forecasting of employment in the conditions of digitization of the economy

The purpose of the article is to review the official employment forecasts for the future up to 2030-2036, their comparison with the author’s own forecasts made by the traditional method of labor balance. We consider alarmist forecasts of the consequences of digitalization, made by Russian experts on the basis of Western publications. As an argument against such use of private Western forecasts, official forecasts for the United States made by highly qualified specialists of the Bureau of labor statistics of this country are used.
