Problems of protection and social rehabilitation of children in difficult life situations (TZhS), are currently the focus of sociological, psychological and pedagogical science. One of the priority issues is the organization a qualified psycho-pedagogical support of children in TZhS, allowing you to create safe educational environments. Properly organized educational environment gives children rich opportunities for the development and formation of personality, freedom of decision and choice child activities and, most importantly, such activities, which would allow him to achieve the greatest success, highest expression; build dialogue relations with people of different ages and social groups.
