The open access program to the capabilities of the IBM Watson cognitive network

In the presented article, the IBM Watson system is being considered. To visualize its capabilities, the work is carried out with the IBM Watson™ Discovery service. IBM Watson is one of the first cognitive systems in the world. This system can do a lot, whereby Watson's capabilities are used in many spheres. All of these capabilities in a complex represent a very powerful tool for solving various problems. As sources of information, articles from news sources containing information on the fire situation in the Krasnoyarsk Kray were taken, a request was also made on which the system sought an answer in the submitted information sources. As a result, data were obtained that in the future could be implemented in the system or application being developed.
