The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the operation of the Doctors on Board privilege program, the impact of the application of this program on the efficiency of the commercial activities of an aviation enterprise, the use of the method of financial analysis of break-even pricing decisions to determine the size of the optimal discount from the tariff to justify the implementation of this program is proposed.
