Program-targeted management of the development of the sphere of physical culture and sports through the use of innovative technologies in the region (on the example of the Orel region)

One of the priority directions of social policy of the Russian Federation is the development of physical culture, where the use of modern innovative technologies occupies an important place. In this article the question of development of the sphere of physical culture and sport by means of use of innovative sports and improving methods is considered.
