Program-purpose management of the Arctic zone transportation system development: goals, objectives and expected results

The article examines the state priorities for the development of the transport infrastructure of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the Arctic part of the state program for the development of the Transport system is carried out for the compliance of targets, allocated resources and expected results with the territorial specifics of the Arctic macro-region. It was determined that the most problematic parts of the program are sections on the development of road and maritime infrastructure. Proposals have been formulated for adjusting the state program for the development of the Transport system, which take into account the regional features of the Arctic zone.
