Program-target method for solving the problem of research of technologies of supporting youth in choosing a professional career

This paper deals with the problem of using the program-target method as a way to increase the effectiveness of the youth support system in choosing a professional career. A social program developed for the specified task is proposed for consideration. Its general description, a list of measures are given, and the effectiveness of influencing the problem is substantiated.
