Program-targets method for solving the problem of managing the promotion of youth educational forums

In this paper, the problem of using the program-target method as a solution to the problem of managing the promotion of youth educational forums is considered. The proposed solution is a social program. Its main provisions, activities, as well as indicators of efficiency and effectiveness are given.
