Program-targeted approach to the development of defense industry enterprises in modern conditions

The program-targeted approach to the development of defense industry enterprises is based on strategic production planning, on the use of digital technologies necessary to solve defense and social problems. The commissioning of digital equipment makes it possible to upgrade the fixed production assets of enterprises, ensure an increase in the output of defense products and the transition of the defense industry to the next stage of digital transformation. Entering this stage will make it possible to more fully and within the required timeframe meet the military and economic needs for military products, achieve an increase in their tactical and technical characteristics and reduce costs to the level of regulatory requirements.The movement of enterprises in this direction is determined by the patterns of development of productive forces from the achieved to the present level of requirements imposed by the recipients of equipment and weapons. In addition, the digitalization process is accelerating under the influence of such factors as a special military operation, hostilities and the introduction of martial law in a number of Donbas territories. The need for a transition to a new stage of technological development is increasing under the influence of such factors as economic sanctions from countries unfriendly to us, the rise in the cost of natural resources, and the increase in the cost of manufacturing military products.
