Result-oriented instruments of national agrarian business support

The article deals with the main problems and prospects of agrarian business development in the modern Russia. The authors believe that in the conditions of the external economic sanctions, retaliatory Russian countersanctions, and the course of Russia towards large-scale import substitution it is necessary to reinforce activities on formation of conditions for modernization of agrarian production technologies, provision of high-quality information and analytical services, professional development of human resources for rural territories, increase of land areas for entrepreneurs currently working in the sphere of agribusiness.
