Software and technology support's means of developing information culture of military students in the conditions of electronic information and education environment of military educational institutions

The article deals with software and technology support’s means of developing information culture of military students in the conditions of the united information and education environment of military education establishments of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. There are characterized software means and the conception of their usage in the process of developing information culture of future military engineers is represented.
