Agricultural producer as the side of the contract of contracting (of sale of agricultural produce)

The article is devoted to problems of legal regulation of determination of its subject matter in particular, contracting contract, are considered subject structure of such a contract and liability specificity of agricultural products in the framework of such a contract. According to the analysis of cases by the authors concluded that the craft's position according to which as a matter of contracting the agreement covers implementation only product that the manufacturer still has to grow (produce), is most preferred.
