Imidazole derivatives as factors of regulation the excretory function of nephros

In article results of research the influence of new synthesized substances, derivative imidazole – 1,2,4-triazol, 1n-benzotriazol, an imidazol, 2-metilimidazol in various doses on excretion of water, cCeatinine and electrolits are presented. It has appeared that 2-metilimidazol stimulates deducing with urine water, electrolits, creatinine. The imidazole operates opposite way. Influence of 1,2,4-triazol and 1n-benzotriazol operates differently.
