The industrial conditions at the enterprises of the Chelyabinsk area in 1960-1989

The article is devoted to actual problem considering the industrial conditions at the factories of Chelyabinsk region in 1960- 1980 years of the 20th century. The industrial conditions had always influence on the material side. Nevertheless, there were many negative in these years, what had an influence on the attitude of the workers to the productions. First of all there was the breach of violation of work. The people worked over time to fulfill the plan on the weekends and even on holidays. Besides that there was over time work of woman and youth. At that time the administration didn't always pay for this work or paid title.
