Production potential of the Jewish autonomous region: assessment and comparison with the regions of the Far Eastern federal district

The authors of this article analyze the characteristics of the production potential, including a number of indicators of gross regional product, fixed assets, investment in fixed capital and innovation for 2005-2018 in the Far Eastern Federal District On the basis of the index approach, they made a comparative assessment of the productive capacity of regions. According to the study, the Jewish Autonomous region takes the eighth position in the rating of regions of the Far Eastern Federal District in terms of economic activity.
