Production of urea by stripping process

This article discusses the production of urea by stripping process. The characteristics of the finished product, carbamide, are given. The technological process of urea production by stripping process is considered. The calculation of the material balance of the main stages of production: the synthesis column, the stripping distiller and the distillation column. The amount of urea formed up to the moment of evaporation of the solution is calculated. The calculation results are presented in summary tables. The main apparatus of this production was also modeled.
