Manifestations of gender in everyday practices: explicit and latent

This article analyzes gender-based manifestations, which are present in explicit and latent form in everyday practices. At the empirical level the gender differences are revealed. They concern personnel motivation, professional training, leadership styles, socio-psychological atmosphere, ways of conflict resolution, personal features of womenmanagers and assessment of the future. The author identifies the cognitive contradictions associated with the influence of gender, through the statements that have initially defined gender - stereotyped orientation.
