The article considers the consequence of environmental problems for the environment in industrial production. The tendency to environmental degradation can be observed; of course, it is possible that the work of environmental protection structures is not sufficiently effective, the lack of due attention of industrial and municipal enterprises to the state of the environment; the low level of introduction of resource-saving technologies in all areas of production. The impact of chemical enterprises on the environment depends on the raw materials used, technology, equipment and equipment used, planning decisions within the enterprises, the arrangement of the territory.
