Industrial clusters in the Ulyanovsk region

In the article it is emphasised that industrial clusters aimed at the technologies commercialisation of the regional innovative enterprises are key elements for innovative infrastructure in the Ulyanovsk Region. Cluster policy implementation helps to overcome the problem connected with the delay in innovative technologies transfer in the territory of this region. By the example of the aviation cluster the advantage of cluster policy is underlined.
