Trades related to costume manufacturing in the history of New Line Cossack villages

In the present article trades of the population of New Line Cossack villages related to costume manufacturing from the middle of the 19th century to 1917 have been analysed. Social and geographic factors influencing the character and development of trades have been considered; kinds of trades typical of the population of the villages of the investigated territory have been defined.
