The specialties of the argon deep penetration in the powder polycrystalline tungsten of the low temperature plasma of the argon normal glow discharge are considered. The energetic influence of argon ions is enough for effective change of the tungsten structure at the depths to 100-120 mcm is showed. The model of deep penetration of the argon in the metals from plasma glow discharge, which includes two steps - implantation to the under layer surfaces of the accelerated ions of inert gas and the following radiation-stimulated diffusion to is proposed.
