Simplicity of complexity and complexity of simplicity

An article by physicists Nigel Goldenfeld and Lev Kadanoff (1999) is commented. The article gave "in hand" a series of interesting images and quotes for ongoing discussions about the role of the systems approach in a particular field of knowledge. Parallels of representations of authors and "constructive systemology" are discussed.
