Spatial organization of communications during transportation of arctic oil to the east

The article analyzes the resource base of the eastern direction of oil transportation «Polar region (Vankor) - Eastern Siberia - Pacific Ocean», based on this analysis the expediency of increasing oil exports to China is substantiated. To accomplish this task, the oil reserves available mainly within the West Siberian oil and gas province will not be enough. Therefore, the oil resources of the Arctic, including the Kara Sea continental shelf, should be actively involved in the economic turnover.
