On the basis of the carried-out analysis of features of the organization of structure of 22 natural populations of Alisma plantago-aquatica L. and Sagittaria sagittifolia L., it was established that spatial structure of populations of hydrophytes has mainly contagious, in rare instances – the even character. Development coastal ecotopes specific populations of hydrophytes occurs, mainly, at the expense of a seed invasion. Formation of congestions at Alisma plantago - aquatica. it is carried out thanking both to seed manifolding, and a senile patikulyatsiya of individuals, and at Sagittaria sagittifolia – at the expense of a vegetative reproduction tubers.
