The review discusses the phenomena of ischemic preconditionation, air conditioning and postcontaining of myocardium in patients with coronary heart disease and molecular mechanisms that underlie them. The value of air conditioning (protective ischemia) of the myocardium in clinical studies and the prospects of their further study is shown.
