The article deals with the historical experience of fighting against anti-state crimes in the Russian Far East in the 1920s. The author gives a general description of the types of banditry, analyzes the features of the repressive policies towards the peasantry, and determines the specifics of the measures taken by the law enforcement agencies to combat anti-state crimes.
