Anti-corruption in educational organizations

This article discusses the anti-corruption in the educational institution of higher professional education; produced an analysis of the legal status of scientific and teaching staff for application of the rules of criminal liability for corruption-related crimes. It proposes measures to counter corruption insignificant violations by issuing local normative act - the Regulation on anti-corruption policy of the organization.
