Anti-corruption: on the issue of the problems of protecting the rights of victims of corruption crimes

The multifactorial phenomenon of corruption is considered in the article through the prism of the harm it causes to the rights of citizens in connection with the emergence of obstacles to their exercise of constitutional rights and freedoms. The object of the study is public relations in the sphere of citizens' realization of their rights and freedoms, experiencing the negative impact of corruption-related crimes. The subject of the study is the actual problems of combating corruption related to the formation of a holistic view of the social consequences caused by it in the sphere of the exercise of human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as possible measures to minimize such consequences. Based on the analysis of scientific works on the studied issues, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation and international legal acts, the author came to the scientifically grounded conclusion that the social consequences of corruption in the sphere of the realization of human and civil rights and freedoms require special attention of the state in the development and implementation of the state anti-corruption policy.
