Counteraction to criminal bankruptcies: strategy of the largest creditors

Purpose: The analysis of the main actions directed to counteraction to criminal bankruptcies. Methodology: The author mainly used system (complex) approach, the legallistic (dogmatic) method, and also a method of the included supervision were applied. Results: In article the main directions of counteraction to criminal bankruptcies are opened and the practical algorithm of the actions directed to protection of interests of creditors is offered. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high practical value as in it the analysis of actual problems is made and ways of their solution are proposed.
