The article scrutinises the problems of drug addiction and drug-related crimes, committed by minors, in the educational institutions counteraction. The author emphasises the priority of preventive measures over punishment, offers measures of initial prevention of narcotism in the educational system, points out on the necessity of cooperation between the subjects of preventive measures.
