Countering the investigation of crimes committed by minors: the essence and features of overcoming

In this article, based on the analysis of literature sources and evidence for practice of activity of internal affairs authorities, the essence of overcoming is characterized and some problematic issues related to the identification and features of overcoming the counteraction in the crime investigation committed by minors with investigative means are considered. The authors discriminate between the features of countering the crime investigation committed by minors by various participants in criminal proceedings, present some specific factors and signs, and methods of overcoming them.
